Having Shannon work on me was everything you want and more in getting your permanent makeup done. I was extremely nervous because you are having work done to your face that can't be changed. But Shannon was amazing to work with. The whole procedure was relatively pain free and you are involved in the whole process from start to finish. What is even better, you get a touch-up appointment included with your first procedure so you can make adjustments. I wanted mine to be darker than what we started with, so it was nice to have the flexibility to start light. Shannon can keep your make-up very light and natural or dark and dramatic. Ask her about her options and colors because everyone can find whats right for their tones with her. Young or old you won' be disappointed. Looking back, I can't believe how nervous I was, it turned out better than I dreamed. Finally, one of the best parts is that you only talk to Shannon from start to finish. No one else will know about your procedure unless you choose to tell them. She is also able to text and responds quickly. Ask questions she is very happy to help.
